Terms of Service

1. The service
tem. (the “Service”) is a local-first app for recording and displaying personal collections as frames on shelves. Records live on your device; only limited features (handle reservation, AI suggestions) use our servers.
2. Subscription (tem. Pro)
tem. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (₩2,900/month or ₩24,900/year). Billing is handled by your App Store or Google Play account and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your store's subscription settings. Refunds follow each store's policy.
3. Your content
You own the photos and records you create. When you use AI features, the submitted content is transmitted and used only to generate the result and is not stored (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for content that infringes others' rights.
4. Handle reservation
One gallery handle may be reserved per device. Handles that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or match reserved words may be reclaimed with prior notice.
5. Changes to the service
Features may change with prior notice. Your local records remain on your device regardless, and data export is always available.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses without our willful misconduct or gross negligence, including local data loss from device loss or reset.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
