Privacy Policy

tem. is a local-first app. There are no accounts. Your photos, item names, prices, and stories are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. The limited exceptions are below.
1. Information we process
- Photos (AI features only, never stored) — When you use Pro's AI auto-fill, monthly catalogue, or watch briefs, the relevant photo or record text is sent for processing only and is discarded after the suggestion is generated.
- Handle & email (optional) — When reserving a gallery address we collect the handle string and a hashed device identifier, plus your email if you opt in to launch news.
- Usage analytics — Anonymous events and a device identifier. We do not track you across apps for advertising.
- Purchase history — Subscription status is processed via RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play.
2. Purposes
Providing app features (AI suggestions, handle reservation, subscription status), quality analytics, and diagnostics.
3. Processors
- Supabase — hosting for handle reservation and AI request processing
- Anthropic — image/text processing for AI features (not stored)
- PostHog — anonymous usage analytics
- RevenueCat · Apple · Google — subscription billing
4. Retention & deletion
AI inputs are discarded immediately after the response is generated. Handles and emails are kept while the reservation stands and deleted promptly on request. On-device records are removed when you delete or reset the app.
5. Your rights
You can export (CSV/JSON) and reset your data in the app. To view or delete a reserved handle or email, contact support@tem.gallery.
6. Security
All server communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Processing servers may be located outside your country.
7. Children
tem. is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data.
8. Changes
Updates are posted on this page; material changes are announced in the app.
